Sir Robin of Locksley Raspberry & Cardamom Gin
Having worked in the trade for many years as a buyer, John Cherry and his wife took their love for gin a step further and opened Locksley Distilling in 2014 after a year long development period in 2013. Overall, he made 104 different combinations of gin with his favourite being number 61. The main stars of this gin are the raspberries and cardamom which are infused into their trademark Locksley Gin. Other botanicals include juniper, coriander, cassia, angelica, liquorice, pink grapefruit, dandelion and elderflower with the latter two being handpicked in Yorkshire and Lincolnshire. They infuse approximately 30 fresh raspberries per bottle.
