Can I talk to a human on the phone?
Yes – we are all humans here and happy for a chat. Give us a call on 0800 049 0923, we are here from Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm.
Is there a minimum order?
No – there is no minimum order, we are happy for you to order just one bottle.
I have a discount code, where do I use it?
You will have an option during check-out to redeem your code in the coupon box.
The product I want is out of stock, when will it be available to order?
Hopefully the product you want is only out of stock for a short while, if you would like an update then please ask us on the Contact Us page.
How much will I pay for delivery?
This depends on where you live, how quickly you’d like your order and how much you order. Please see our Deliveries
When will my order arrive?
We aim to get your order to you as soon as we can. Please see our Deliveries area for more details.
Can I send my order to a different address?
Yes – Simply enter the name and address of where you would like the order to be delivered when completing the delivery section.
My order us a gift – I don’t want the invoice included, is that possible?
We won’t send an invoice with the order as orders only include a picking list.
My order is a gift – can I include a message?
Yes – There is a message box when checking out, just add your message and we will include a gift tag with your order.
What do I do if my order is damaged?
We hope this doesn’t happen but very occasionally breakages do occur. If your package is obviously damaged you should either refuse the delivery and request the package is sent back to us or sign for it as damaged. If you discover a breakage after opening your package please take photos straight away and contact us immediately.
