Unfortunately we can’t avoid the delivery charges; they’re an essential of internet shopping. What we can do is only charge you what we are charged by the courier.

Free delivery is offered when you get to a total spend per order of £150 (for UK mainland orders)
To try and make it slightly more bearable, we include all packaging in the price and we use the best protective packaging to minimise breakages.

All Rusty Nail Spirits Deliveries use APC Dash Express next day service as standard. We appreciate that the shipping cost is slightly more than other online retailers, but APC specialise in handling liquids, so they are much more reliable than some of the other couriers. The cost of delivery will be calculated at the checkout.

If we receive the order before midday, it will be collected from us the the same day and delivered to you the next working day. Orders placed after midday will be collected from us the next working day. Some areas in Scotland (Scottish Highlands / Borders / Islands) may incur slightly longer delivery times and surcharges. For orders for the Channel Islands and the Isle of Mann please email team@rustynailsprits.com for a quote.

As we use an external delivery service, we cannot absolutely guarantee delivery times or days

We understand that many people are at work during the day, so please take advantage of our option of a different delivery address and then we can deliver to your work place during working hours or to let us know of a safe space or neighbour where it can be left.

Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a tracking email from APC where you can follow your delivery as well as add further delivery instructions or change the delivery day and time to suit your movements.
