Devon Cove is a family-owned artisan vodka distillery located in Hope Cove, Devon. They produce exceptional vodka using King Edward potatoes, which are grown on their family farm in a beautiful coastal location overlooking Hope Cove.

The idea for Devon Cove was born when the family decided to diversify their farming business and create a premium vodka using their homegrown potatoes.

The family team uses a traditional copper pot still to distil their vodka in small batches. They use only the finest ingredients, including King Edward potatoes and Devon spring water, to create a smooth and unique taste. The potatoes are grown using sustainable farming methods and the farm is committed to reducing its carbon footprint

Tasting Note

King Edward potato spirit blended with Devon spring water. Hints of freshly baked bread and a delicate sweetness on the nose. Clean and refined on the palate, with a subtle earthiness from the potato base and a touch of crispness from the spring water. Smooth and gently complex.
