Dartmoor Spirit’s flagship gin simply has to be their vapour-infused Ten Tor seasonal gin. Rather than immersing their botanicals in spirit before distilling, they place their botanicals in a mesh basket inside the Still. As heat vapour rises from the spirit, delicious flavours are released from the resting botanicals to create a distinct and unique London Dry Gin. They produce 4 gins a year using a base of 10 distinct botanicals, hand-picked on Dartmoor along with an array of freshly foraged, seasonal wild fauna.
