Carbon filtered to remove the colour of ageing, while maintaining the impact of the barrel, this white rum follows a different process when it is created compared with its typically unaged white rum counterparts. Eminence is bottled at a slightly higher at 42% ABV as opposed to the industry standard 40% to carry its bold flavours through in cocktails and drinks.
