Devon Black Spiced Rum

Launched in 2023, Devon Rum Co.’s Black Spiced Rum is a darker, richer expression from the independent Devon producer. Hand-crafted in Salcombe using a blend of Caribbean rums, blackstrap molasses, aromatic spices, fresh citrus and soft Devonian spring water, it takes a deliberately deeper approach to spiced rum.

Tasting Note

Deep and brooding, with earthy blackstrap molasses, sticky treacle, sweet cinnamon and fresh orange zest. The palate is rich and warming, with dark maple, allspice, cardamom and juicy raisin notes. Full-bodied and indulgent, with a long, dark and gently warming finish.
