Devon Rum Co. was established in 2020, bringing a taste of the Caribbean to Devon with a range of premium, small-batch rums. Its Premium Golden Rum is crafted in Devon using a blend of Jamaican and Guyanese rums, combined with crisp Devonian spring water and double-filtered for a particularly smooth finish. The result is a rich, characterful golden rum with a distinctly Devon identity.

Tasting Note

Rich and aromatic, with layers of caramel, smoky oak, tobacco leaf and ripe tropical fruit. The palate is rounded and smooth, bringing butterscotch, toasted oak and ripe banana, with fresh citrus zest adding lift to the finish. Bold yet exceptionally smooth, with a warm, lingering character.
