The Production Method
Bepi Tosolini Myrtil Liqueur starts with a base spirit infused with ripe blueberries from the Italian Alps. The blueberries are cold-macerated to extract the deep purple juice and blueberry essence. It is then gently sweetened and bottled at the optimal strength of 24% ABV allowing the fruit to shine.
Tasting Note
Aromas of fresh blueberry pie rise from the glass. Juicy blueberry mingles with subtle tannins and a touch of natural sweetness on the palate, with hints of jammy berry on the smooth finish. A delightful after-dinner liqueur.
