The Production Method
Bepi Tosolini Limoncello starts with the peels of ripe, plump lemons from the Italian Amalfi Coast. The peels are steeped in neutral spirit to extract the bright, sunny essence and natural oils. This infusion is then blended with pure water and sugar to reach the optimal balance of sweet and tart. The result is an authentic, bold Limoncello.
Tasting Note
Mouthwatering aromas of fresh lemon peel leap from the glass. Vibrant lemon zest on the palate, with hints of honey and mint — naturally sweet-tart in balance with a smooth, silky finish. Sunshine in a glass.
