Tokubetsu Honjozo Sake
72cl, 15%
Tokubetsu Honjozo Sake is a lighter-bodied sake that has had a little quantity of alcohol added to it prior to filtering. This approach emphasises the clean and savoury flavours produced by the brewing process. It compliments a multi-course supper by providing a longer and more substantial finale.
Tasting Note
Made from Gohyakumangoku rice found in the Hyogo prefecture, the exquisite aroma of Tokubetsu Honjozo Sake contains subtle undertones of lemon, lime, and straw. After a vibrant start, you’ll taste the refreshing, delicate citrus flavours of this sake, followed by a sweet, well-balanced finish.
