St Ives Blood Orange Gin 35cl, 38%

The third instalment from The Thompson brother’s Cornish distillery is the St Ives Blood Orange. This gin certainly has a far more autumnal feel with an infusion of fine-tuned, fragrant, earthy botanicals such as safflower blossom and plump rose hips with a cheeky stirring of cinnamon and nutmeg. The zesty, bittersweet blood orange gives this gin a bursting complexity and delightful depth flavour.
