After a very successful foray into gin, the Thompson brothers from St Ives have gone one step further to produce their very own liqueurs.

Each lemon is squeezed by hand and rather than just use the rind like other producers, they use the entire fruit for less waste and more taste.

Tasting Note

Their St Ives Limoncello liqueur gives a colourful, tangy flavour which sings with citrussy, lemony, zesty zinginess.
