With a century’s worth of food industry experience under their aprons, St Ives’ Thompson family have truly earned their connoisseurs’ stripes – with the awards to prove it. From great food to top-notch wines, over the years the family have been busy hunting out, testing and bringing back the finest produce to their harbour front restaurant. The only thing lacking in their culinary explorations? Exceptional spirits to suit their tastes.
And so, in 2016, a plan was hatched…
Around their kitchen table, the three Thompson brothers Tim, Greg and Bertie put their heads together to create a liquor company that had flavour, quality and original character at its heart – and St Ives Liquor Co. was born.
