The Production Method
Bepi Tosolini Fragola Liqueur starts with a base spirit infused with juicy, ripe strawberries. The strawberries are cold-macerated to extract the vibrant red juice and fruit essence. It is then blended with spirits and lightly sweetened before bottling at 24% ABV, allowing the strawberry flavour to shine.
Tasting Note
Fresh strawberry syrup on the nose, inviting and bright. On the palate, jammy, ripe strawberry is complemented by a hint of tannins and natural sweetness, with vanilla coming through on the smooth, fruit-forward finish.
