Introducing Two Drifters Distillery founded by Gemma and Russ. Two Drifters Distillery began by crafting beers before following their dream of distilling rum in Exeter. Their focus is on sustainability – Two Drifters is one of the only carbon negative distilleries.
Production Method
Two Drifters crafts an exceptionally smooth white rum from 100% molasses which they ferment and distil themselves. The rum is then diluted using Two Drifters’ special water.
Tasting Notes
Two Drifters White Rum offers a subtle fruitiness with hints of anise and coconut.
The palate reveals a slight creamy sweetness upfront along with flavours of banana, vanilla and spice on the finish.
The mouthfeel is soft and rounded.
