Silent Pool Gin 43%

A group of dilapidated buildings on the Albury Estate in Guildford were transformed by a group of friends which now house the Silent Pool Distillers. In keeping with the original vision for a sustainable business, a vintage steam boiler was restored to power the hand-built copper still using Arnold Holstein Company’s German engineering skills. The distillers here use clear-spring water from the Silent Pool itself to create a juniper lead gin with delicate flavours of elderflower, lavender, chamomile, citrus and smooth local honey. This gin is both traditional and refreshingly individual by using a whopping 24 botanicals in each batch.
