About the Producer
Vines grow on limestone/clay soils at a very low density (vines are pruned to 7 buds per cane). Hand picked grapes with no destemming are gently but speedily pressed and the juice then fermented in oak barrels with regular batonnage and aging for several months in oak before bottling.
