Ebba Coastal is made by family-run Mount’s Bay Distillery in Cornwall, founded by Ben and Lisa in 2020 on the shores of Mount’s Bay. Ben’s Cornish roots and love of foraging combine with Lisa’s Swedish heritage and appreciation for clean, considered flavours. The distillery hand-forages coastal botanicals and uses traditional wood-fired copper pot stills to create spirits that capture the character of their Cornish surroundings. The name Ebba comes from a favourite Scandinavian girls’ name and was inspired by the ebb and flow of the tide. The gin itself is a celebration of the Cornish coast, combining locally foraged rock samphire and sea aster with sea buckthorn berries and juniper.

Tasting Note

Fresh and bright, with classic juniper supported by zesty citrus and subtle pine. Coastal herbs bring delicate fennel and saline notes, while sea buckthorn adds a gentle tartness. Smooth, dry and refreshing, with a clean, lingering finish of citrus and coastal botanicals.
