To create Domaine de Chez Maillard Leyrat Cognac XO, only the finest Ugni Blanc grapes, the hallmark of Cognac production, are carefully handpicked from their vineyards. The grapes are gently pressed to obtain a rich and aromatic juice, which undergoes a meticulous double distillation in traditional copper pot stills.
