Made at The Cornish Distilling Co.’s Norton Barton Artisan Food Village in North Cornwall, After the Storm Whey Vodka is a particularly innovative example of Cornish craft distilling. The vodka was developed using whey — a by-product of cheesemaking — transforming what would otherwise be a waste product into a premium spirit. It reflects the distillery’s wider philosophy of making the most of local ingredients and creating a more sustainable food and drink operation.

Tasting Note

Exceptionally smooth and creamy, with a soft, rounded texture and delicate aromas of fresh milk, vanilla and sweet cream. The palate is clean yet subtly rich, with gentle lactic sweetness, vanilla and a hint of citrus. Silky and refined, with a smooth, lingering finish.
