Hepple Spirits is an artisanal distillery nestled in the rolling hills of Northumberland. Founded by Valentine and Walter Riddell, Hepple uses locally-grown wheat and pristine spring water from their estate to craft their vodka. The wheat is milled on-site before undergoing column distillation in their sleek stills. This meticulous approach produces an exceptionally clean, smooth vodka.
Tasting Note
Pine forest and citrus on the nose — zesty pink grapefruit, pineapple and honeydew melon mingling with refreshing Douglas fir. Smooth and creamy on the palate, with layers of pink grapefruit, ripe pineapple, honeyed cantaloupe and herbaceous pine. Fresh and lively on the finish with lingering citrus, stone fruit and evergreen.
