Bounty Coconut Rum Liqueur is produced by St. Lucia Distillers, a renowned Caribbean rum distillery with over 80 years of rum-making expertise. Located on the exotic island of St. Lucia, this distillery uses only the finest sugarcane molasses to craft its rums.
Production Method
Bounty Coconut Liqueur starts with a base of double distilled white rum made from Guyanese molasses and aged for 2 years in ex-bourbon casks. Real coconut extract and sugar are then macerated into the rum at high strength before dilution with pure water and sugar to reach the perfect balance.
Tasting Notes
On the nose, Bounty Coconut Rum Liqueur has bright, wonderful coconut and rum notes with a refreshing tropical fruit smoothness.
The first sip reveals luscious warm coconut flavours followed by fresh pineapple, mango and vanilla. It has a delightfully smooth mouthfeel.
The finish is long and smooth with lingering sweet coconut and tropical fruit notes.
