Meet Exmoor’s Artisan Distilling Duo Patel and Heap personally craft every drop of Wicked Wolf Gin and other Wicked Wolf spirits at their scenic River Lyn distillery on Exmoor. They distil each aromatic botanical slowly in traditional copper alembics, then blend and bottle these in small batches by hand. This careful approach enables exceptional consistency and control over Wicked Wolf Gin’s flavour profile – earning Great Taste Awards honours and other accolades every vintage.

Tasting Note

Vibrant citrus top notes of lemon verbena, cardamom and Kaffir lime, contrasted by earthier juniper, coriander and floral hibiscus. Lemongrass and black pepper add subtle spicy layers. Smooth and round on the palate, with pine resin, lemon oil and pepper. Black pepper and floral botanicals linger while juniper takes the lead into a clean, bittersweet close.
