Sandridge Barton, Pinot Noir
Devon | England

Hand-plunged during cold maceration, ripe grapes deliver a bright wine with sweet, round plum fruit and a dry, savoury finish.
About the Producer
We kick things off with a mix of whole-bunch, whole berry and crushed fruit, gently extracting colour, flavour and tannin over a 10-day wild ferment. Then it’s into old French oak barrels for 8 months of mellow ageing — no filtration, just pure character.
Food Pairing
Olives, charcuterie, game.
