Handcrafted with meticulous attention to detail, Rowan’s Creek Kentucky Bourbon is a true testament to the art of bourbon-making. The process begins with the careful selection of the finest corn, malted barley, and rye, sourced locally from Kentucky’s bountiful fields. These high-quality grains are milled and mashed before being fermented with a unique yeast strain, which imparts distinctive flavours to the mash. Once fermentation is complete, the mash is distilled in small copper pot stills, allowing for greater control and enhancing the depth and complexity of the spirit.

After distillation, Rowan’s Creek Kentucky Bourbon enters the aging process, where it rests patiently in charred white oak barrels, absorbing the rich flavours and aromas that only time can provide. The warehouse’s natural environment, with its fluctuating temperatures and seasonal variations, adds character and depth to the bourbon, creating a truly exceptional sensory experience.

Tasting Note

Caramel and vanilla on the nose, with toasted oak and warm spices developing. Sweet toffee and dark chocolate give way to dried fruits, roasted nuts and a gentle spice on the palate. Long and satisfying, with lingering warmth on the finish.
