The process begins with the careful selection of the finest corn, malted barley, and rye, sourced locally from Kentucky’s bountiful fields. These high-quality grains are milled and mashed before being fermented with a unique yeast strain, which imparts distinctive flavours to the mash. Once fermentation is complete, the mash is distilled in small copper pot stills, allowing for greater control and enhancing the depth and complexity of the spirit.

After distillation, Rowan’s Creek Kentucky Bourbon enters the aging process, where it rests patiently in charred white oak barrels, absorbing the rich flavours and aromas that only time can provide.
