This Caribbean molasses based spiced rum comes from the botanical brain of Dr Tom and married couple Fioangh and Richard from Bude in Cornwall. It’s an elegant and refined spiced rum compared with others on the market today with botanically driven hints of fresh lemongrass, saffron and apricot. Rich vanilla and baking spices really come through with some coconut husk at its core.
