Produced by the García Morales family in San Dionisio Ocotepec using generations-old techniques, Madre Mezcal Hip Flask carries exceptional terroir and tradition in every bottle. From the local water and airborne yeasts to earthen roasting pits, Madre reflects Oaxaca’s land and people.
Madre Mezcal brings together Espadin and Cuishe agave to create a complex yet approachable spirit. The blend unlocks natural flavours that may be hidden behind smoke in other mezcals.
Tasting Notes
With less smoke than most mezcals, Madre spotlights sweet, mineral, and herbal agave flavours beautifully.
Think sweet tropical and stone fruits, fresh green peppers, sage, and wet stone.
The finish carries delicate hints of wood smoke.
