Sourced from cooler, high‑altitude sites within the Pyrénées’ influence, chosen for their ability to deliver natural aromatic intensity and freshness. The grapes are picked early in the morning to retain purity, vibrancy and that unmistakable “just-picked” clarity. Cool stainless‑steel fermentation preserves the wine’s vivid aromatics and fruit-driven nature. The Chardonnay component is handled with care to bring subtle softness and balance, while time on fine lees in tank contributes a smooth texture and an integrated, polished finish.
