The Chablis Grand Cru appellation is located in the town of Chablis, in Yonne. The “Bougros” climate is located in the north-west, between 100 and 250 meters above sea levE

Direct pressing of the grapes in a pneumatic press, settling, cold storage for 48 hours. Fermentation in vats and barrels, at a low temperature of 16/20°. Aged on the lees in barrels with regular stirring. Malolactic fermentation.

Stainless Steel and Oak Barrels.
