Indómita. ‘Nostros’, Pinot Noir Reserva
Casablanca Valley | Chile

From Chile’s Casablanca region, it offers fragrant notes and a light body, showcasing wild strawberry and raspberry flavours on a supple palate.
About the Producer
Viña Indómita is located between Santiago and Valparaíso in Casablanca, with a striking hillside presence and a dynamic winemaking team. Their 100 hectares span Casablanca and Maipo, using climatic contrasts: Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Pinot Noir thrive in cooler Casablanca, while Cabernet Sauvignon and Carménère grow in warmer Maipo. They prioritize sustainability, reducing water and energy use and supporting local employment. Casablanca’s cool Mediterranean climate, influenced by the ocean, features mild winters and poor, low-fertility soils ideal for grapes. The wine is fermented cool in tanks to preserve fresh aromatics.
