About the Producer

Nestled In the heart of the Côtes de Provence, the vineyards have been here since Roman times. In the Gavoty family for more than 200 years, the estate is currently run by the eighth generation, Roselyne, who farms the 43 hectares of vineyards organically out of a deep respect for the environment. 150 hectares of the estate are left fallow, mostly as woodland, to encourage biodiversity. Sheltered from the sea by the Maures Massif, winters here can be severe; -10°C is not uncommon, and summer nights are cool, giving the wines great balance and poise. From the 2020 vintage onwards, all wines will be certified organic.
