Hecht and Bannier Organic Provence Rose
Hecht and Bannier Provence Rose has been specifically designed to use the best and brightest selection of grapes from the Provence area, specifically from the cooler parts of the region.
The increase of altitudes from some of the vineyards allow the grapes to reach full maturity without increased levels of sugars (this also decreases the overall alcoholic content).
The coolest of the Cinsault vineyards are located much closer to the Mediterranean sea in La Londe des Maures, this introduces a very subtle saline and anise expression to the wine.
Tasting Note
Hecht and Bannier Provence Rose follows a slightly different path than other Provences. There’s a higher level of Syrah than usual which offers white fruits and pêche de vigne but also delicate herbal notes of tarragon, bergamot and lime flower.
