Exclusive to SOV, this H.Blin champagne is something a little special. This union of winegrowers is located in Vincelles and was founded in 1947 by Henri Blin and 28 winegrowers in the heart of the Vallee de la Marne in Vincelles and surrounding villages. Their wines are centred around Pinot Meunier, which have a delicate and robust structure in their terroir. This wine is steeped in history and quality.
Ageing
This Champage has 24 months minimum in bottle on lees, and 6 months ageing after discorging and dosage.
