About the Producer

The Glera grapes are sourced from organically farmed vineyards in Veneto, overlooked by the Dolomites. They’re hand-harvested at the end of September from Guyot-trained vines, which are planted in well-draining, fairly stony soils. Stainless steel fermentation keeps the wine light and fruity, and the second fermentation takes place in tank.
