How to make a Rustequiwi Tequila Cocktail
Ingedients
– 100ml Don Agustin Tequila Blanco
– 2 whole kiwis
– 25ml of fresh lemon juice
– A handful of mint leaves
– 4 barspoons of 1:1 sugar syrup
– Top with premium soda
Method
Nice and easy this one. Muddle the kiwis, fresh lemon juice and mint in a shaker. Add the tequila, sugar syrup and then top with ice. Shake, shake, shake! Strain into 2 pre-chilled glasses, garnish with a lemon wedge and then top with soda. Enjoy!
