Hand picked Pinot Noir grapes from vineyards along the meandering Opawa River, delicately aged in French oak barrels from 12 months adding lovely fine tannic structure. Organic and suitable for Vegetarians.

After a lovely waft of fruits of the forest, cedar and spice the palate is rich and vibrant with cherries, currants and toasty oak. Juicy, lingering finish.
