A well-made non-alcoholic wine, this is very fruity on the aroma with strawberry jam and blackberry notes. The wine is ripe and fruity on the palate with plenty of smooth red berries and plum.
About the Producer
Harvested when the fruit is showing vibrant berry flavours and plush tannins. A cool ferment on skins for 5-6 days. Gently pressed to maintain softness, freshness and maximise fruit drive. : Wine is de alcoholised using the newest SIGMATEC technology from Schmidt. The process is a distillation under vacuum. This allows the elimination of alcohol at low temperature (30 – 35 C) thus with a minimum aroma loss
A specialised yeast strain is used to highlight the varietal characteristics of the Shiraz. Completed a healthy 10-14 day ferment in stainless steel. Wine is de alcoholised using the newest SIGMATEC technology from Schmidt.
