Created by Tarquin’s Cornish Gin as a festive limited edition, The Panettone Gin brings a distinctly Italian Christmas classic to the Wild Cornish Coast. Made using Tarquin’s traditional small-batch distilling methods, it combines their juniper-led gin style with the rich, citrusy and gently spiced character associated with traditional panettone. It can be enjoyed simply with tonic or used in festive cocktails such as a Panettone Negroni.

Tasting Note

Aromatic and warming, with fragrant citrus, sweet spice and subtle dried-fruit notes on the nose. The palate is rich and rounded, combining classic juniper with orange zest, vanilla and gentle baking spices. Smooth and warming through to a lingering, softly sweet finish — Christmas in a glass without being overly sweet.
