With inspiration taken from the calming sea on the South West coast, Not Gin ltd have captured the essence and taste of the Devon sea with their locally sourced botanicals including sea kelp, cucumber, grapefruit and blood orange. It’s complex, spicy, fresh and smooth on the palate with each botanical individually distilled before being carefully blended together. The alcohol is captured and reused so there is minimum wastage and zero hangover.
