Bordered by the Loire castles, the vineyard covers 220 km between the departments of Maine-et-Loire and Loire-et-Cher, from Angers to Blois.
Rigorous selection of vintages in the press to shape this crémant rosé. Traditional method with a second fermentation in bottle for foaming. Ageing on slats in cellars at 12 ° C for 15 months in order to bring complexity to the wine.
