Ehrmanns has produced the Rewild range in partnership with Ecologi to plant one tree for every bottle of Rewild wine sold. Ecologi fund global reforestation projects as one of the most effective ways to tackle climate chance and contribute to ecological restoration and rewilding.
Rewild’s commitment to sustainability is reflected in their farming practices. The grapes are hand-harvested and sorted to ensure only the best fruit is used. The wine is made using traditional winemaking techniques, with minimal intervention to allow the grapes’ natural flavours to shine through.

This Malbec pairs well with grilled meats, such as beef or lamb, and roasted vegetables. It also pairs well with spicy dishes and rich, hearty stews. For cheese lovers, it pairs well with sharp cheeses such as aged cheddar or blue cheese.
