Maison de Vigneron, Syrah/Grenache
Languedoc-Roussillon | France

A classic Rhone Valley blend of Grenache and Syrah with Merlot lending softness. Luscious in texture with raspberry and strawberry fruit.
About the Producer
Maison de Vigneron Rouge is made predominantly from a blend of Grenache and Syrah from the vineyards of south-eastern France. Traditional viticulture is used with part manual/part machine harvest. Grapes are cool fermented in vats in order to slow the fermentation process and gain immediate fruit flavours. Maceration last between 5 to 10 days before pressing and deciding on the final blend.
Food Pairing
Drink with hearty food such as grilled meats and casseroles. Also great with BLTs, pizzas and medium mature, hard cheeses.
