Lupo Meraviglia is a winery located in the Lecce region of Puglia, Italy. The winery is known for producing high-quality wines, including the Vermentino variety. The climate is warm and temperate, with significant rainfall all year round. The grapes are gently pressed, and the resulting must ferments for 7 to 12 days in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14 to 16°C. After fermentation, the wine is stored at 10 to 12°C in stainless steel tanks, where it continues the sur-lie (on lees) process until bottling.
