About the Producer
The process used to produce La Gioiosa Alcohol Free is different from de-alcoholised wine. Pneumatic presses soft press whole grapes; after a first racking, the resulting must goes into temperature-controlled tanks at 0%. This remains here until the production of 0% sparkling.
