This elegant dry white wine has a delicate floral bouquet, along with notes of lychee and pear. On the palate, it reveals an array of ripe fruit flavours, balanced by a crisp, mineral finish.
About the Producer
All the fruit was grown on Huxbear’s own vineyard in the Teign Valley, South Devon on vines planted in 2007. This section of vineyard is planted on south facing slopes at an altitude of 75-100 metres above sea level. The soil is silt loam with granite and siltstone aggregates. The vines are planted at a planting density of 3500 vines/ha.

This wine is best served chilled with white meat or fish (particularly good with asian spiced dishes), or can be enjoyed on its own.
