How it’s Made:
To create Glenmorangie 14 Year Old – The Quinta Ruban, a carefully selected base spirit is matured for a minimum of 14 years in American white oak ex-bourbon casks. Following this initial maturation, the whisky is transferred to specially handpicked ruby port pipes from Portugal’s Quintas, renowned for their exceptional quality. This additional maturation in the port casks imparts an intriguing range of flavours and a beautiful depth of colour to the whisky.

Ingredients
- 45ml Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban
- 15ml grenadine
- 10ml yuzu juice
- 1 dash peach bitters
- 1 dash orange bitters
- Ginger ale, to taste
Method
Pour the whisky, grenadine, bitters and ever-so-exotic yuzu juice into a cocktail shaker. Fill it with ice cubes and shake well. Strain into a highball glass over ice cubes, then top with ginger ale. Garnish with the grinded tea leaves and metallic stirrer, for a steam-punk vibe.
