About the Producer
Brunello’s true profile emerges during the ageing phase. The wine rests in oak barrels for about two years, where it matures and slowly absorbs the unmistakable aromas of the wood of the barrels. The distribution on the market cannot take place before 5 years after the harvest.
The grapes, harvested manually during the second half of September, undergo careful pressing.
Ageing
24 months in oak, 6 months in bottle.
