About the Producer
Limestone plateau with red clay and pebbles.
The harvested grapes are carefully pressed as soon as they arrive in the cellar, before fermentation at regulated temperatures. Pre-fermentation maceration with enzymes and aromatic yeast. Temperature controlled.
