About the Producer
The vineyard stretches over the Thau Bassin and the Hérault river. The Domaine de la Madone, family owned single estate for many generations, covers 15 hectares of vines planted on the high terroir des Castelnaux.
Harvest takes place at night when grapes have reached full maturity in order to preserve the aromas and the fruit intensity. When the grapes arrive in the cellar they are immediately protected against oxygen and pressed.
